Steep Winding Staircase & Steps.

Please be aware that our cottage features a traditional Norfolk winding staircase and reduced head room at the bottom of the stairway. While full of character, it is steep and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues, young children, or those who may find stairs challenging. We recommend taking care when using the staircase and encourage all guests to assess its suitability before booking. Your safety and comfort are our priority!

Please also note that there are small steps at both the front and back of the property, as well as a small step into the kitchen meaning decreased head room through the kitchen door frame for taller guests. So we kindly ask guests to mind their heads when moving between rooms.

Garden Notice

Please be aware that the garden features a double level, adding to its unique charm. We kindly ask guests to take care when exploring the outdoor space, especially with children or anyone who may need extra support. Your safety is important to us, so please tread carefully and enjoy the garden responsibly.

Landing Notice

Please note that there is a small slope on the landing. We kindly ask guests to take care and mind the slope when moving around the upstairs area to ensure your safety.

Shower Notice

Please note that the shower is over the bathtub and requires stepping into the tub to access it. This is not a walk-in shower, so we recommend guests consider this feature before booking, especially if you have mobility concerns.
